Das zweiteilige Aufbauseminar richtete sich an ehrenamtliche Lerngruppenleiter/innen im Bundesland Salzburg. Dijana Dzanic vom Österreichischen Integrationsfonds (ÖIF) gestaltete den Aufbauseminar interaktiv. Themen wie die Formulierung von Lernzielen, der Einsatz von Methoden und verschiedenen Übungen wurden besprochen und konnten für die eigene Lerngruppe ausprobiert und vorbereitet werden.
