  • praxisnahe Anregungen für die Förderung einer konstruktiven Kommunikation bei Konflikten im Unterrichtssetting
  • Erarbeitung von Vorgehensweisen und Redemitteln zur Förderung der Sprachhandlungskompetenz in Konfliktsituationen

Ziele: 

Förderung des Reflexionsvermögens der Lehrenden in Bezug auf Konflikte; Kennenlernen von Strategien zur Förderung einer konstruktiven Lernatmosphäre und der Sprachhandlungskompetenz
für Konfliktsituationen im DaZ-Unterricht

Stephanie Mock-Haugwitz konzipiert und hält Fortbildungen für Lehrpersonen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Sie ist Lehrende, Autorin und Beraterin im Bereich Deutsch als Zweitsprache. Zudem ist sie qualifizierte interkulturelle Trainerin und Resilienzcoach. Neben fachdidaktischen Fortbildungen hält sie auch Fortbildungen zu übergreifenden Themen wie Lernen lernen oder die Rolle und Haltung von Lehrpersonen.
