  • Einsatz achtsamkeitsbasierter Übungen für Entspannung und Fokussierung, Förderung der Empathie, Konfliktvorbeugung und eine gute Lernumgebung
  • Vorstellung von Praxisbeispielen und Raum für Erfahrungsaustausch

Ziele: 

Kennenlernen der Kernprinzipien von Achtsamkeit im Unterrichtskontext; Kennenlernen
von konkreten achtsamkeitsbasierten Übungen für das Kurssetting

Ingrid Otepka ist Achtsamkeitslehrerin nach Jon Kabat-Zinn, Trainerin des Resilienz-Modells für Gemeinschaften (CRM)® des Trauma Resource Institute sowie Trainerin in Deutschkursen. Sie ist spezialisiert auf achtsamkeitsbasierte, Resilienz- und Trauma-informierte Sprachangebote für
Geflüchtete. Seit 2021 hält sie regelmäßig Vorträge und gibt Workshops auf Tagungen im In- und Ausland. Überdies ist sie Mitgründerin der Organisation MARA O Achtsam Leben Erfahren.
