Measures to integrate your staff
Do you want to educate your international employees about Austrian cultural practices, traditions, and etiquette, as well as improve their understanding of areas such as education, health care, and volunteering? In numerous webinars, we present information about living and working in Austria, offer advice on your first steps in Austria, and introduce you to the Austrian culture and way of life. We would be delighted to invite your employees and their families to networking and information events in our integration centers in order to encourage their social integration in Austria further.

Are you seeking new employees, and do you accept those who speak a little German? We would be delighted to collaborate with you in organizing a career platform for migrants. You can present your company and open vacancies at this information event. The ÖIF connects you with persons who have a migration or refugee backgrounds and are now enrolled in ÖIF German courses.
