The seminar "Working in Austria – Legal Rights" covers various legal aspects for employees in Austria. It covers topics such as employment rights, criteria for employment contracts, service records, salary regulations, additional benefits and remuneration, working time regulations including rest periods and holidays, entitlement to paid holidays, sick leave regulations including continued pay, carer's leave, and termination of employment contracts, including mutual termination, notice, extraordinary termination and post-employment rights. It also provides an insight into severance pay, the public employment service and the public health insurance system.

This is a cooperation between the Austrian Integration Fund and the Chamber for Workers and Employees.
